Terms of service (TOS) apply to all items for sale by B&W Enterprises which includes but is not limited to Auctions, Fixed Price Auctions, Buy It Now Items or Items listed only in my Ebay Store. TOS need not be referenced directly in any listing for it to apply. It is the intent and purpose of B&W Enterprises that these terms (TOS) apply to all transactions conducted on or through my e-commerce sales. By bidding on or purchasing an item from B&W Enterprises the Buyer is indicating their agreement with these Terms of Service and that the (TOS) has been read in its entirety.
UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS :
If your PayPal or Google Checkout address is unconfirmed please use a United States Postal Money Order(USPS), other Money Order or Personal Check.
I will ship the day after I receive a USPS Money order.
Other money orders will have up to a 10 day business hold - the same as personal checks.
Personal Checks will be held for 10 business days.
There will be no exceptions to this policy - please do not ask.
PAYPAL and Google Checkout ... When paying with Paypal or Google Checkout, I will only ship to a confirmed address that you have on file with Paypal or Google... Delivery confirmation will also be used to mail your package, because this is what is required from me, so I will be protected from chargebacks.
Orders will be shipped to the US ONLY by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. (Overnight Air service is also available) - NO EXCEPTIONS. - bids or purchases from other countries will not be accepted unless noted in the offering.
UPS Ground is the preferred shipping method at B&W Enterprises
For your protection, ALL items with sale price of $200.00 or greater will require signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is present to sign for the package.
Please Note: We require all buyers to insure their items. Fees are based on prevailing industry rates: $1.35 for items that sell from $100.01 - $300 and $0.40 for each additional 100.00 of the sale price of the item. Insurance for items selling under $100.00 is free. Insurance will be calculated at the time of checkout.
The preferred shipper for B&W Enterprises is UPS Ground. If your purchase qualifies for shipping via UPS on the basis of the amount you paid for shipping it will be sent by UPS. The only exception to this policy is when you have selected a 'premium' shipping service such as overnight or where USPS Priority Mail would result in faster delivery to your location. Default shipping by UPS is available only when comparable ground shipping such as USPS Parcel Post has been chosen. Their is no guarantee of this availability - this is an upgrade shipping service which I offer to my buyers at no additional cost to the buyer and UPS shipping may not be available under all circumstances.
I and many other sellers have discovered that UPS is at this point in time the best choice for shipping in terms of shipping time, tracking information, customer service and speed. Instead of charging a fixed shipping price (very unfair to those close to my location) I use the calculate shipping option on most of my auctions. All things being equal your purchase will be shipped by UPS Ground. There will not be any additional charges incurred by you the buyer for this value added service. There will never be any additional charge incurred by my buyers (unless special services are requested) due to my shipping by UPS Ground.
I take great care to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. I charge a small and reasonable handling fee only to cover my costs of materials and labor. The handling fee is included in the shipping total (when you checkout). This handling fee is reflected in shipping costs found in the auction. IT IS NOT A SEPARATE CHARGE.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% tax.
All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented. No refunds without an RMA number. We are a smoke free environment. I often use recycled packing materials to cut costs and help the environment. I do include a small and reasonable handling fee in my shipping and handling- to cover packing and mailing supplies and expenses
B&W Enterprises Return Policy::
I do my best to present accurate and detailed information about every item I sell. My desire is to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for my customers. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully review all item photos and descriptions and ask appropriate questions. If a return is needed, the buyer must contact me by email at email@example.com or by phone at 214-810-5876 within 5 days of the receipt of the item to obtain an RMA number or a refund will not be granted. Once an RMA number is received, I must receive the item within 7 days of its issuance or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is required for the return and must cover the final sale price. Once received, I have the option to either replace the returned item or provide a refund. All returned items will carry a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $75) unless the item is replaced or significantly not as described.*
All returned items must be in an unused condition and returned in the original box with all original packaging.
*An item is significantly not as described if the seller clearly misrepresented an item in a way that directly affects its value or usability.
The warranty on new items is with the manufacturer not B&W Enterprises. You are provided with an invoice for you to use as a proof of purchase. B&W makes no warranty express or implied regarding any of the merchandise we sell.
Insurance is required for all shipments at buyers expense - the first $100.00 of coverage is free when shipped by UPS. Once the package is mailed, I can't assume responsibility for when it gets there - tracking is included on the items I send just for that reason. Your shipping progress may be tracked through the UPS or FedEx system via the tracking number you are provided.
The insurance payment goes to the shipping company not me - it is for your protection.
